Spiritual Warriorship Training
How to CARE In A Chaotic World
It is true that we are called to create a better world. But we are first of all called to a more immediate and exalted task: that of creating our own lives.
– Thomas Merton
Spiritual Warriorship Training teaches deep spiritual principles that are translated into bold and practical ways of living with wholeheartedness in a world that needs us to be fully awake in order to be of service. This training will support you in answering the question, What does love ask of me now?
This 5-session, 15 hour virtual training is based on the belief that offering our gifts in service is the best possible way to contribute to the well-being of humanity and this planet.
This training transcends the boundaries of conventional wisdom, and integrates the realms of psychology, philosophy, spirituality, science, and mysticism. It offers a powerful exploration of human consciousness, and what is possible when you align your body, mind and spirit.
In this training you will learn the principles of CARE,
and how to put them into action in your present life.

Just as cultivating a garden requires turning over the ground, pulling weeds, planting, and watering, doing the work of love is all about taking action.
– bell hooks
Becoming a spiritual warrior means living with your soul inspired and releasing the obstacles that prevent you from bringing forth your own bright light. It means putting love into sacred action.
We are in a war of consciousness. Living consciously in the world at this time requires spiritual warriorship, based on the power of love. It means staying awake and aware of the forces that can lead us to become complacent, indifferent, or numb.
Our own unhealed trauma leads us to dissociate in the face of the chaos, when everything feels like too much. The task of the spiritual warrior is to become fully embodied in order to remain awake and keep an open heart no matter what is happening. To do that, we have to be aware of and heal our core personal wounds.
An open heart is stronger than 10,000 shields.
– Kathleen Hanagan
We must fight to remain conscious in this spiritual war where fear is the weapon. This takes courage and community.
No one can do this alone. This training will shed light on your path and support you in becoming more clear as to what is being asked of you.
Each of us has our own unique gift to bring to this world. It is often connected to our deepest wounds, and feelings of unworthiness can arise, creating resistance that manifests physically and psychologically.
This program offers you the practices and support to face the critical voices, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging habits that surface, to see them as the birth pangs of a new consciousness, and to meet them with compassion and focus.
Dates: April 8, April 15, April 29, May 13, May 27, 6-9PM EST.
Who is this training for?

It is for those who are called to explore consciousness, because you inherently know that is what must change first before outer change happens.
It is for those who are aware and awake enough to hear the cries of the world, and are struggling to maintain balance, to know what you can do.
It is for those who long to gather with others of like mind and heart, and to feel supported in a collective endeavor.

This training is for those who want to continue to awaken, and remain awake!

A note from Kathleen: This is not psychotherapy, but deep psychospiritual work that will benefit you in any other therapeutic work you may be engaged in. I have spent 34 years offering this work under the umbrella of psychotherapy and want to make it available to more people. This course is essentially the teachings found in my book, Loveseed: The Template For Birthing A New World.
I have found that when people really understand what has led them to see and feel the way they do, and are shown how to become conscious of themselves, that their brilliance and light begins to shine forth. And when they bring compassion to their own process, they begin to care more about the world. And when more people do that, deep change is possible.
One of my greatest teachers was Stephen Levine, who wrote this.
Vow of Service
Act for the benefit of others
Clear the mind so you can see the way
Remind each other of our true nature
Act with grace for no reason
and stop making excuses
Nothing is random or preset,
so respond from true freedom
Don’t let fear or beauty block your way
It takes courage to be moral,
to give up the dissatisfaction
Compassion is fearlessness.
This training will prepare you to live this way.
The Teachers

Kathleen Hanagan was a psychotherapist for 34 years, and now serves as a psychospiritual guide, helping people connect to the healer within, through embodied inquiry, relational shamanism, and the use of entheogenic medicines. She guides and inspires people to courageously love and accept themselves fully in this lifetime, offering their unique medicine to a world in need.
Her book, Loveseed: The Template For Birthing A New World, is a map for personal and global awakening that ends the trance of fear and shows the way to a world based on love and truth. In 2024, she founded Medicine River, a retreat center for deep healing, in Capon Bridge, W. VA, where she lives and offers her medicine.

After years of carrying unhealed trauma, Kristin Pelletier’s journey led her to plant medicine, where she found profound healing and transformation. Through this work, she not only reclaimed her own life but also discovered her true purpose. As a certified psychedelic preparation and integration coach, transformational guide, and energy healer, she helps others navigate their own healing journeys, release what holds them back, and reconnect with their true essence. With a heart full of compassion, she creates safe space for deep healing, guiding others towards freedom, connection, and self-discovery.

Maureen McNulty left behind decades of work in social marketing and behavior change consulting six years ago when life served up an unimaginable loss. After the death of her son, she navigated the ocean of grief by the radiant light gifted to her through plant medicine and meditation.
This intense odyssey of self-healing ushered in a new life as a guide to others. Through Sirius Love Project, her offering with life partner Jim Eaton, she taps into her intuitive healing abilities and gift of deep presence to accompany people of all genders in their own hero’s journey – through loss, trauma, spiritual crisis or illness – to the shores of peace, vitality and higher consciousness.

Heidi Block is a queer Jewish social worker and psychoanalyst, most interested in sex, psychedelics, and pleasure–centric healing. She helps people deepen experiences of pleasure, agency, and boundaries, and teaches powerful consent tools. She works to embody a world that centers marginalized peoples.

Dava Money, M.Ed., is the Spiritual Leader of Unity Longmont Spiritual Center (member of Unity Worldwide Ministries), a Mindfulness Practitioner, Shaman, Holistic Coach, Artist and Author. She provides Sunday services for Unity, individual coaching, Authenticity Series classes, spiritual workshops and retreats, marital ceremonies, memorial services, and baptisms. She practiced psychotherapy for decades before she expanded her work into the spiritual dimension, and has extensive training in trauma resolution, family systems, and 50 years of spiritual study.

Sherry Cupac, LCSW, has been working in the field of trauma, abuse, family of origin, and addictions for over 30 years. She trained extensively with Pia Melody and senior fellows of the Meadows in Wickenburg, AZ. Sherry has also worked in hospice, foster care, and was a Clinical Director of Meadowwood Behavioral Hospital in New Castle, DE. She maintained a private practice for over 25 years where she treated individuals, couples, families, and led groups and workshops.
